Chef Alexander’s culinary journey is a story of boundless curiosity and fearless reinvention. From humble beginnings shaped by his mother’s wisdom to global recognition on some of the world’s most distinguished platforms, he has built a career defined by versatility, precision and artistry.
He has cooked for six African ambassadors, served as head chef for African Food Culture, the book by Mrs. Emine Erdoğan, First Lady of Türkiye and worked as a consultant chef for select dishes presented at United Nations meetings in September 2024. Each experience expanded his creative reach and deepened his understanding of how food can tell stories that transcend borders.
His expertise spans the full spectrum of the kitchen, beverages, baking, desserts, and butchery, disciplines most chefs dedicate entire careers to mastering individually. But for Alexander, this breadth isn’t restlessness; it’s philosophy. He sees the kitchen not as compartments of skill, but as a living ecosystem where every flavor, scent and technique has a place.
